Introduction:

These policies aim to establish controls and standards to organize the training and education process in order to maintain the quality of e-learning and training practices. We regularly update these policies in cooperation with relevant entities in the Kingdom and based on global best practices to ensure the continued achievement of e-learning quality assurance standards in all types and modes.

These terms and conditions define the rules and regulations for the use of the (Air Ambulance and Medical Evacuation Training Center) platform, owned by Nabd Al-Riyadh Medical Company, CR No. 1010893776, based in Riyadh, ZIP 11324, Saudi Arabia.

By registering on the platform, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all terms of this agreement, you are not authorized to use the services provided by the platform.

1. Attendance Policy:

Attendance in synchronous lectures via the e-learning platform is equivalent to physical attendance. A 25% absence from total synchronous and on-site hours results in denial of the attendance certificate.

2. Account Creation, Registration, and Payment Policy:

  • When registering for a paid course, you may be asked to provide information related to your purchase, such as your card name, card number, and expiry date.

  • We reserve the legal right to use any payment method we determine and you confirm your information is accurate.

  • We may use third-party services to facilitate payment. By providing your information, you allow us to share it with those services under our privacy policy.

  • Full course fees must be paid within 72 hours of registration. Failure to do so entitles us to cancel the registration.

  • After successful registration and payment, participants will receive an immediate email notification with the purchase invoice.

  • Payment confirmation is sent by email within 5 business days. If not received, contact: info@nabd.med.sa

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or other reasons.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any registered course with a full refund within two weeks.

  • Payments may also be made in cash at the event venue.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • To cancel registration, contact us no later than 3 weeks before the course start date. 75% of the fee will be refunded.

  • No refunds are provided after this deadline.

  • Cancellation requests must include the registrant’s name, email, confirmation number, and amount paid. Send to info@nabd.med.sa

  • You will be notified in advance of any fee changes and have the opportunity to cancel before they take effect.

  • Continuing service use after fee changes is considered agreement to the new terms.

4. Content Policy:

  • The platform allows you to upload and share content (text, images, video, etc.). You are responsible for its legality, quality, and ownership.

  • By posting, you warrant the content is yours or you have the rights to share it.

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that infringe copyrights.

  • You grant us a license to use, modify, distribute, and display your content.

  • We may monitor, edit, or remove any content we deem inappropriate.

  • Content on the platform is proprietary and may not be reused or distributed without written permission.

5. Prohibited Uses:

  • You may not use the service for illegal purposes or violate regulations.

  • You may not harm minors or transmit unauthorized ads or impersonate others.

  • Harassment, discrimination, and unlawful behavior are prohibited.

  • You may not interfere with the platform, introduce viruses, or attempt unauthorized access.

6. Intellectual Property Rights:

  • All intellectual property rights remain with the platform or its licensors.

  • You are not granted any rights to reproduce or use trademarks or materials without permission.

7. Copyright Policy:

  • We respond to claims of copyright infringement. Email info@nabd.med.sa with subject: “Copyright Infringement” and include full details.

8. SAIP Copyright Claims:

  • Submit claims to SAIP (Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property) as per https://www.saip.gov.sa

9. Feedback and Reports:

  • Submissions of feedback or suggestions grant us full, royalty-free rights to use them.

10. Backup:

  • We perform backups for administrative use but are not responsible for user data loss.

11. External Links:

  • We are not responsible for content or practices of linked third-party sites. Use them at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer of Warranty:

  • Services are provided “as is” without guarantees. We are not liable for errors or disruptions.

13. Limitation of Liability:

  • We are not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user.

14. Suspension/Termination:

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations.

15. Indemnity:

  • You agree to indemnify the platform from claims arising from your use or content.

16. Severability:

  • If any provision is invalid, the rest of the agreement remains in effect.

17. Governing Law:

  • These terms are governed by Saudi laws.

18. Dispute Resolution:

  • Saudi courts have exclusive jurisdiction. UN sales conventions do not apply.

19. Service Changes:

  • We may change or withdraw services without notice.

20. Terms Modifications:

  • We may revise terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

21. Agreement Acceptance:

  • Using the service confirms that you have read and accepted these terms.

22. Updates:

  • Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
