The Ambulance and Medevac Health Training Center has an oversight team responsible for supervising the e-learning environment. The Center believes that the quality of any work in the field of e-learning must be carried out in an ideal and secure manner, overseen by a supervisory body carefully selected from top experts and specialists to ensure that the educational process proceeds correctly and in line with established standards.
Accordingly, and in compliance with the regulations and standards of the National eLearning Center, the Ambulance and Medevac Health Training Center has established a supervisory structure to fulfill this critical task as follows:
Program Director:
Oversees the entire educational process, coordinating all team responsibilities. The director possesses a comprehensive professional vision of the program’s implementation across all dimensions.
E-Learning Management Specialist:
With technical expertise in managing the learning platform, this specialist is responsible for supervising training, guiding all parties involved in the educational process, maintaining communication, offering appropriate support, and conducting follow-up and performance evaluation tasks.
E-Training Coordinator:
Responsible for monitoring the program during delivery, identifying any deviation from its set objectives, and notifying higher authorities to intervene and ensure alignment with educational goals.
Instructional Design Specialist:
Oversees the quality of the training materials, ensuring their compliance with educational standards set by the organization. This role includes taking appropriate action to align courses and content with both internal and external standards.
