Training Plan for Trainers
(Technology Use – E-Content Development – Teaching Skills)
Technology Use
Trainers will receive 15 training hours to gain foundational concepts related to technology and explore its applications in education. By the end of this training, the trainer is expected to be able to:

Effectively plan and design technology-enhanced education.

Use technology to facilitate the assessment process.

Use technology to improve personal performance and professional practices.
-
Access the platform and use intermediary systems involved in the educational process.

Ensure the availability of all necessary tools for efficient e-training delivery.

Technically handle training materials, attendance systems, and examination systems.

Use technology resources safely.
E-Content Development
Trainers will receive 15 training hours focused on designing and developing digital content using computers and various applications. They will also learn to publish and present it to students, while being able to select from multiple learning resources and interactive media options according to each student’s needs—whether synchronously or asynchronously—using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Educational Content Management Systems (CMS).
Teaching Skills
Our trainers undergo training to acquire teaching skills across the following phases:
Technology Phase:

Mastering basic computer skills.

Using learning management systems and educational content management systems.

Using online social media platforms in academic environments.
Design Phase:

Creating a comprehensive course description.

Mastering the skill of designing electronic educational content.

Mastering the subject and using appropriate e-learning tools.

Mastering the skill of diversifying teaching methods, encouraging teamwork, and fostering inquiry.

Designing the content in accordance with the requirements of the supervising entity.

Updating the electronic content with consideration of students’ individual differences.
Administrative System Phase:

Ensuring electronic attendance is monitored.

Ensuring student engagement by involving them in the learning process.

Monitoring students’ progress and understanding of the material.

Providing continuous and fair assessment.
